U-Space, a web-based space inventory system, provides a user-friendly way for authorized University of Minnesota space users to edit data and view floorplans.

Click on the link below and sign on to U-Space using your internet ID and password. Once your ID and password have been authenticated, the system will open to the “My Locations” page where you can access space information.

If you are an authorized space user and find that you need help signing on to or using U-Space, please call Systems Support at x5-1830.

U-Space Mini Tutorials

U-Space Mini Tutorials are short videos that give step by step instructions on how to use U-Space functions. Each video shows a specific feature which provides an opportunity to quickly brush up on various aspects of using the system. To get started, click on the link to the area of training you would like, Overview, U-Space - View Only, Editing in U-Space, or Visual Map. Click on the link to the specific subject of interest. It will launch the video. Then, click on the arrow in the center of the video to start.
